The common challenge faced this year for my better classes would probably be getting the students to feel motivated enough to want to do more for the subject. Most often, they are just contented to be meeting the basic expectations.Extra questions given to them are most of the time unattempted, possibly due to their own time constraint perhaps. I suppose I need to have a way to spark off this desire out from them and also better monitoring.
Another challenge definitely has to do with the forever lack of time to do everything on time.
The possible way out is to ensure that lessons are planned wisely (choice of qns to ask, focused parts to teach, etc) so that quality teaching and learning can be ensured.
