Generally ok. i wonder whether it's a true reflection of the pupil's opinion because some classes especially, 121 doesn't understand the questions.

Different classes see different strong points about me and my teaching. It's likely to be because of the style of teaching applied is different depending on the size of class and their ability

Challenges faced this year:

The challenges are different in different classes.
For sec 401 & 411- willing to learn but is slow and has weak foundation
Foe sec 422 - unable to conduct lesson in peace due to disruptive pupils.
Sec 121 - large class size and quite a number of hyper-active pupils.

Follow-up actions:
For sec 401 & 411, start revision early and monitor their daily work closely.

For sec 121, reinforce the class rules regularly and teach for 10 mins, give work for 10mins and etc.
