Getting the students to finish their homework assignment in class.

Some students can't be bothered to do their asignment in class as they felt that they can do it at home.
For periods before recess or the last lesson for the day, I will have to make sure that they finish their assignment before they are released.

Jack-of-all-trades and master for some. This year, my roles as a teacher has been expanded mainly as an administrator and liaision officer. Being the FM as a challenging clas, it stretches me both mentally and physically to ensure discipline in class so that learning can take place.
During the course of work, i realised that i don't really know the career options or alternative education available to potential drop-outs. I guess i am too involved within my school to see the "bigger picture" outside of the school.
Working closely with the OM and counsellor has enabled me to gain the knowledge to better advise my students especially the potential drop-outs.
