a. What is your take about personal reflection process?

b. Do you think that you learn better thought reflection?

b. What is/are the factor/s that hinders you from reflecting?

a) Positive direction to go. However, i must admit it is a anathema for me (at times) to log in and post our comments.

b) Yes, but sometimes we might not be aware of our shortcomings. In times like this, it is equally important to look at what others are doing. The comment/suggestion posted by others in our blog is just as equally thought-provoking.

c) 1 - Time, 2 - Plain laziness (on my part). After spending some time in the teaching profession, i have become more and more "lethargic".
Always believe that we must continuously upgrade/recharge ourselves some way or somehow.

Then again ... it is always easier said than done.

(a)It is good to reflect on your teaching & on what you have done in the classroom. However, it is sometimes hard to find the time to "sit down & reflect".

(b)Yes.

(c)Time.

a) Got the time to sit down, relax and think it through. Pen it down somewhere of cos and make a plan and execute it the next time round.

b) Yes

c) The limited time that I have. CCA and other committes are also taking up alot of time, so much so that seldom do I have the time to think through my teaching pedagogies.

(b) Definitely, yes.
(c) I do reflect within myself. Takes time to pen it down.

a.Reflection is always good. Through reflection we improve.
b. Definitely. If you're open enough and look for areas for improvement. I find that when I'm able to quietly ponder when my mind is free from problems and hassle, that's when I can reflect best.

Reflective practices are good. During the process you can really sit down and ponder about things.

However, it is not always that you have things to reflect on.
