a. Do you have difficulty trying to develop yourself professionally?

b. What are the factors that contribute to these challenges?

a) Yes

b) Being asked to take on more portfolio which may seem to "stretch" you professionally. However, i do find that at times, we have no choice but to take on extra duties which may in fact distract us from the original intentions

b) Time that we have, doesn't allow us to be fully developed professionally. Usually it's a kind of "touch" and "go' thing.

It takes quite a lot of time to be able to have some personal time for that. At the present moment, having that additional time proves to be a major challenge.

b) No time. There's alot of things to be done such that we need to rush with whatever we are doing. No time think and reflect of the best & efficient way to get things done.

Like everyone else, time is of essence. This is especially so if there are so many projects to embark on. Bearing in mind that you are working under more than a couple of heads and each head has a couple of projects - all useful and urgent.Another bane is the many paperwork that comes with our job - all useful and urgent...
